I bought this for a long haul flight on a large British airline. I paired it up with a set of AirPods Max, Bose quietcontrol 30 and AirPods Pro. All worked great and in stereo. The entertainment console on the plane had 2 headphone outputs. I anticipated it was on of those connections that had a left output and a right but perhaps it was more adept at handling multiple headphone configurations. I plugged the Bluetooth transmitter into the left output and it appeared to have connections for left and right channel in the one output. Worked great. I did have the Usb power for the transmitter plugged into the entertainment console. Not sure if it was necessary as the transmitter does have battery power and might have lasted long enough on its own. I didn’t experience any lag or audio sync issues.
