Easy setup for these almost 70 year olds, good sound and bass.Tried for two days to get the wireless subwoofer to work. Would connect but no sound would come out. Used Samsung support to troubleshoot. Finally they decided to send me a new subwoofer. The box it was delivered through USPS looked very beat up. The replacement will arrive using UPS. Hopefully this will solve the problem. The bar sounds good. Just no bass.Plugged in to my Samsung 4K TV and it sounds great. Used the included optical cable and it just works. No need for support or additional cables.The remote did not work correctly and the sub woofer never connected. useless and annoying.Sounds great as it should for the price!I was able to score this at a discount during prime day. The bar is slim and sexy. Also packs a lot of sound and bass punch for the size. Tbf this still isn’t like a full surround system, but works well in my apt’s living room. Not like a pro audiophile at all, but after listening to music on it for an hr, I can honestly say I’m pretty impressed. 5 times out of 5 would buy again and I think a price in the low 600s is fair for it.Pros:- Comes with a subwoofer which is EXTREMELY clutch for a sound bar. Do not get a sound bar without one.- Slim and Sexy- Extremely easy to setup on a Samsung tv at least. I have the 2022 frame and it was pretty much plug and play- Pretty straightforward to mount- Rich sound- Strong bass- Has voice boost too if you want more clarity- Q audio or whatever they call it (when the tv and bar work together) is a def plus for Samsung tvsCons:- Nothing as of yetI bought this for my new frame tv as I loved how small the soundbar is and how sleek it would look. Once i hooked it up I realized the big sound only came from the subwoofer (which I was really impressed with). The soundbar it self didn’t meet any range of sound no matter the setting. And what really drove it home was when I unplugged it the sound from my tv’s speakers alone had much better quality and range. Love the slim sleek design but I believe that the small size and small speakers may also be the soundbar’s biggest problem.
