Finally something that I can see on my find my device for android. Great product overall but one thing I say it's bad it's the charger it used micro USB if they switch to usb c it will be quite good alternative to other companies.Bought these a few months ago and they worked great--good battery life, loved the noise canceling, and paired well with my phone and laptop. Plugged them in to charge the other day and the headset won't recognize the charger or charge the battery. Tried other outlets, chargers, etc but no dice. I expected these to last at least a year or so, but for a life of about 4 months I can't recommend these.Ditto above if you want to mow grass with themI think these headphones are really good. Sounds quality is really good. I get the N/C I need from using foam earbud tips. Connects immediately. I'm able to connect to both phone & tablet. Neckband, slides around constantly!Update. I'm about to return the second set! Just stopped working after a couple of weeks! Just died. Both of them. What?! And yes I tried troubleshooting. Watched their troubleshooting video, on device stop working...I'm not trying these again. When I first got this, it was fabulous. Great sound and noise cancelation, long battery life, everything I needed. But after a month, it wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge, nothing. I've been chasing Philips for a warranty repair or replacement since then. They have all of my information and the product. I have nothing. Two weeks ago, they said they would refund my money. Still nothing. And I have a growing feeling they simply say whatever it takes to get me off the phone with no intention of making it good.I enjoyed the sound and the fit of these, however, I ended up needing to return them. They would randomly disconnect from my phone without me creating distance between the two devices. That was enough for me to need to send it back. I like the option of having a wired connection if needed and I wish other bluetooth products had that. The only other thing I struggles with was the earbuds. The bulb of the bud that sits just outside the ear rested against me too strongly and irritated my outer ear until it got sore. If I were to change the size of the inner silicone portion, it wouldn't stay in my ear well. That part might just be me. I do have really small ears though I haven't had this issue with other products.i though the battery would last better. so i can have it plugged in for days, unplug it, and use for a few hours. if i leave it unplug and go to use it the next day; no joy. i have to plug it back in. in a job like mine i can sit on a phone from the time i get into work to the day i leave; 10hrs. due to my phone it must be wireless headset; no jack. i have no trust at this point this would last so i'm on the hunt for something else; unless manufacture/seller has something better option.First off, I love these headphones, they fit nice with no irritation after a 10-hour workday. Sound quality is nice, and the battery lasts just long enough for my needs. HOWEVER, after just three months my Noise cancellation has started to go bad, I get loud pops and static sounds when I have noise cancellation turned on.Update: five months in and they stopped taking a charge. I use these headphones 50 hours a week so I can't say I'm surprised they have failed, however much cheaper headphones have lasted way longer in the past. Between the loss of noise canceling and now the battery not holding a charge after just a short amount of time, I can't give this product a good review. This is a nice pair of budget headphones from Philips. It’s form factor is more formal than sporty. I just used it for one day and these are my views.Pros:1. Sound quality is great. True virtualisation of sound is present.2. Bass is good. Not overpowering but just adequate. I love that!3. Bluetooth connectivity is awesome.4. Mic is also great during calls. No echoes or disturbances heard on either end.5. Battery is okay.6. Comfortable to wear for long hours.Cons:1. Build quality isn’t sturdy.2. Noise cancellation isn’t super.3. No water proofing.4. Battery could have been better.5. Google assistant is useless for iPhone and Siri isn’t supported. It’s an underrated product on Amazon and the current price is a steal! It’s hard to find it using standard search keywords in Amazon.1. ANC is ok.2. Major drawback is single device connectivity. If its connected to my laptop and I have to connect it to my phone I have to open my laptop turn off bluetooth and then only I can connect it to my phone.3. Not good for running or exercising4. Sound qaulity: Bass is good and highs are good, mids are not that good. Not RecommendedThe sound quality is miserable. When connected to my phone people can't hear me properly, the headset also interferes with the phone camera and stops the camera on whatsapp video calls (people get to see a black screen). People can't hear me properly either on skype when connected to my laptop. I tried it several times before returning it and I could only get a replacement. The replacement had the exact same issue. So the headset is expensive crap. What was even worse was the Amazon service. There was a lockdown and I tried to get my money back. Amazon CS told me on chat that I would get my money back and keep the headset. After I didn't get my money one week later I contacted them again and they said they didn't have records of this conversation and I wouldn't get my money back, plus the return window had closed. I have never been so disappointed with any online purchase! Now I have a crappy headset I can't use..writing this review after the 1st day :1. the product itself looks very good & made of premium-looking material.2. audio quality : very balanced across bass, mid, treble. no exaggerated response anywhere. this is NOT a bass monster, so dont expect to feel like u are in a nightclub. the bass is natural sounding.3. easy to use, all buttons are well laid out. the phones are very lightweight & i almost forget i am wearing them. i had no discomfort after 3 hours of use.4. noise cancellation : as long as u keep realistic expectations, the ANC is generally good. it wont make your world disappear like with high end bose headphones. but it does a decent job of cutting out low rumbling noises & loud voices. quite useful if u are in a noisy home/office & want to focus on your meeting.5. Inbuilt mic : has worked well so far & calls were very clear.6. no opinion yet about google voice assistant as i dont use it.7. the headset also (surprisingly) supports hi-res audio , but its wired only. not on bluetooth. thankfully, they have included the required cable to convert from 3.5mm jack to micro USB. have not tried it yet. should try tidal hifi & see if it makes a difference. it also comes with a nice carry caseOverall, it does seem that philips has done a great job at the asking price of 10k. only time will tell if this product will withstand the daily rigors of travel, being stuffed in a bag etc. my sony bt headset lasted through 2.5 years of intense use before it finally fell apart. lets hope philips delivers on lifespan too. Finally, the product price has dropped 50% since i got it. its now 5k, which hurts when i paid 10k just few months ago. but anyone purchasing it now for 5k can get it without thinking.Almost 15 days of use and this is how I would review the product. Good:1) very good look and quality built2) Superior and crisp audio Quality3) Fits perfectly in the ear without any pain even on long use.4) Reads msgs in audioBad :1) Cheaper neckbands give options for connecting 2 devices and this does not, that is pathetic.2) Noise cancellation isn't so good as I expected Just average.3) Buttons are on the inner side hence a little difficult to reach it easily.4) Voice not clear on the other side when call on driving5) Sometimes connects to the device automatically while sometimes have to connect manually.6) Does not read the callers nameNot very happy abt this neckband at this price. Technology is making things easy and important tecnologies are missing in this device.
