I needed an adapter for my 3.5mm headphone and microphone to USB-A. I liked that this device had a volume, mute mic, mute volume controls. I plugged it into my Windows 11 PC. I tested the first of the two devices. The green light lit up, I heard the device notification pop up. I tested the audio playback port, sounded good. I tested the microphone port, it gave me a lot of white-noise whining feedback, but I could hear my voice, however I consider this to be defective, as the microphone is fine when plugging straight into 3.5mm TRRS port into the PC instead of this device. Unfortunately only one of the two devices in this 2-pack worked. I sent them back to get a refund.
