I purchased this item for Best Buy to install in my wife's new car, well as you know when your wife is not happy, you will not be happy. After waiting a few days the item arrived, after waiting another week to install the item it was discovered it didn't work. I ordered another item after a few days it was discovered they forgot to ship the new item, I called them and they said it will be delivered by the delivery date given, I looked and that date was the next day. This was the amazing part, the next morning about 8:55 am UPS Pulled up to my door and dropped off the package, they got it here "Arlington, WA" from Vegas in 10 hours, I was amazed. I sent the bad part back by a return label, they had me print out, shipped the item and received a complete refund within 2 days. Now my wife has a great sound system in here new car and yes you guessed it, I'm happy as well. I really like the customers service I received and will really shop with them again, in fact I installed the exact sound system in my truck. What a deal. Steve from Arlington, Washington
